• Coverage for sheet-metal panels (three years, no mileage limit) and outer-body panels (coverage for five years or up to 100,000 miles) 

• Diesel-specific engine part coverage for up to five years or 100,000 miles 

Warranty Coverage for the 2026 Mercedes-Benz eSprinter  

Our electric vans come with the same New Vehicle Limited Warranty that our gasoline models do, so you'll enjoy up to three years or 36,000 miles of coverage. What's more, your battery comes with an additional warranty, covering it for up to eight years or 100,000 miles on the road. If the battery is fully discharged, it must have been charged within the past 14 days to remain under warranty coverage.  

Taking Care of Your Van 

You'll need to perform some upkeep to keep your Mercedes-Benz Van eligible for warranty coverage. The vehicle will require regular maintenance, and we strongly suggest using OEM Mercedes-Benz parts; failures stemming from aftermarket parts or third-party maintenance may not be covered. Needless to say, you should also follow your van's recommended towing and hauling limits, since exceeding them is considered abuse and the resulting repairs may come out-of-pocket rather than being covered.
